Create new HOWTO topic/page

1. Log into wiki.pclosusers.com.com
2. go to the HowTo home page
3. type the topic name in the search box and search. For example "My new how to section"
4. DO NOT use blank spaces for the page name. Use either a _ or - for the title.

Example: My_new_how_to_section or My-new-how-to-section.
5. In the results page, click on the red color "My new how to section"
6. In the new page type in the content. 
7. at the bottom of the page place the words category:HowTo within double square brackets.
8. then save your document.

The code below shows just how the page you are looking at was laid out.
